Monday to Saturday 9am – 9pm

Sunday and Bank Holiday: Closed 

 

Drop-off and Ash collection is by appointment only.

 

Out of Hours:  We are closed Sundays and Bank holidays but may be able to offer an out of hours service on these days subject to staff availability; an additional charge will be incurred for this service.  Please leave an answerphone message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  Please be aware that this may not be until the next working day.

 

In the event that your pet sadly passes outside of our normal hours of operation, do not panic – they will be ok until the morning.  Bodies go through natural changes that occur once they pass and cooler temperatures help to slow this process down. We recommend you make them comfortable in their bed – you may wish to adjust their final resting position and cover them with a blanket, which will bring a sense of peace and tranquility. Keep them cool or place them in a room with a window open. If it is unusually warm you can place freezer packs under their blanket.  This is an opportunity to give family members and surviving pets the time to say goodbye. It is a normal and healthy part of grieving to want to keep checking on your pet. Take as long as you need to say goodbye. When you’re ready, call us and speak to a member of our friendly team who will discuss the process and ensure that your pet receives a dignified and peaceful cremation.
