In the interest of transparency, we have listed our prices below. These prices include:
- A dignified service tailored to each family and their beloved animal.
- All ashes are returned in an attractive cardboard Scatter Tube or bamboo Ash Pouch, although many families prefer to choose a more personal or bespoke Casket or Urn which are available at an additional cost.
- A fur clipping and a paw print at no additional cost.
- Free collection and ash delivery service within 10 miles of our office. Journeys in excess of 10-mile will incur an additional charge of £1 per mile.
Full payment is required prior to the release of the ashes. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Cash or Card Payments (in-person). VAT No: GB 476603080.
Due to the nature of our service, we regret that refunds cannot be issued once a cremation has taken place. Should you have any concerns or issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help to resolve any issues.
